Bella Poarch born in Philippines on February 9, 1997. Her birth parents were Filipino parents were Filipinos. She was adopted at the age of three by her grandmother, living in slums. The adoptive parents of her are both native Filipinos. Her white American adoptive dad has military experience. She has claimed that she and the brother that she was with were subject to abuse by the adoptive parents since her childhood until she joined the military. For the purpose of moving to Texas after she reached 13, her family spent some time living in San Francisco to stay with her aunt. The physical assault subsided but she still dealt with the psychological abuse her father suffered in the home. In 18 years she was enlisted in the United States Navy. Poarch began her TikTok page in April of 2020. Within less than eight months, she'd amassed over 40 million followers. Her biggest success was the music video she created for Millie B's hit song Soph Aspin Send. This became one of TikTok's most watched videos. The clip zoomed in on her jumping rhythmically while lip-syncing to the song became a viral hit. After joining TikTok she started a YouTube and Twitter account to capitalize on her popularity. Her fame grew exponentially in December 2020. Her burgeoning fame was reported to have drawn two of the top professionally-run Esports Teams. FaZe Clan & 100 Thieves each expressed interest in bringing on the creator of the content as part of their brand.
