Actor and country-pop singer and writer Jana Kramer rose to fame in the world of television when she joined the crew in One Tree Hill as Alex for its final three seasons. The series featured her first releases as country music which helped her debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Her follow-up Thirty One in 2015 Thirty One reached the Top Ten. Her decade ended by appearing in Dancing with the Stars and on several television shows, as well as several singles from her non-album album. The self-doubting Voices saw release in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer was born and brought up in Rochester Hills Michigan. She was a child who listened to music from the country genre and eventually went on to make a go of it as a recording artist. But, she began her acting career as a teenager in 2002's indie horror movie Dead/Undead. Guest spots on TV shows like All My Children and CSI: NY followed over the following years, until she was cast in the role in Noelle Davenport on NBC's Friday Night Lights in the course of the show's second season, 2007-2008. Kramer was next seen on 90210 in the role of Portia Randson between 2008 and 2009, and as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. In 2009 she joined One Tree Hill's cast with the character Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the role until midway through the last season of One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer signed a recording contract with Elektra Records and debuted the contemporary love song for country music I Won't Give Up on a 2011 episode on One Tree Hill. In mid-2012, the track was released on her debut full-length album Jana Kramer. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Later Kramer made a career of acting music and acted in films such as Heart of the Country 2013 along with Country Crush 2016, which was a hit with her fans. Kramer's second album, Thirty One came out on Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. The album was helped by Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy and as a duet performed with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album climbed to number 3 on the Billboard 200 country charts and top 10 on the Billboard 200. Two months on Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing in fourth place. This was also the season when she scored a contemporary-adult hit, with Feels like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
